xnAnimation and boxed values

Does xnAnimation itself create boxed values on xbox360? Im currently optimizing a game, the game runs fine untill the garbage collector collects. The game "freezes, lags" when it do. Now ive read on the internet that a good approach is to have no allocation so the garbage collector doesnt collect during the realtime part of the game. The only part of the code that makes boxed values and allocation at the moment is the animation part. activeAnimationClipIndex = 4; animationController.CrossFade(model.AnimationClips.Values[activeAnimationClipIndex], TimeSpan.FromMilliseconds(300)); anything im doing wrong? i only change activeAnimationClipIndex like in the samples /Robin
