XNAnimation and Inverse Kinematics

Hi, has anyone gotten IK to work with XNAnimation? I was trying to use the code from the creatorsclub-sample but i seem to be giving it the wrong data. I (somehow) managed to prevent my animated model from totally exploding but things seem to make less and less sense. :-S I think that i need to find out how to get an array of BindPose-Matrices in local space. If anyone knows how to do this or how to get this to work i would be very thankful... Thanks in advance. Hannes
