Problems getting started with XNAnimation

I'm trying to use XNAnimation for a school project.  I am having problems getting my own project using XNAnimation.  I have linked both of the .dlls required and copied over the content used in the XNAnimation samples.  Whenever I compile I keep getting errors stating that the textures can't be found after they've been added.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

XNAnimation has a property in the Content Processor that lets you change your texture path to a relative one (instead the absolute specified in the source model). The models in the samples use this property.

In the Solution Explorer window, right-click in your model file and select "Properties". In the Properties window, expand the Content Processor options, and set "Texture Path Type" to "Relative" and write in "Texture Path" the path to your textures as a relative path.
