Problem compiling XNAnimation Library

Hey there,
I have generated the XNAnimation.snk-files through your keygenerator and got the library compiled without any errors.
But when I try to run any of the included samples i get the error: Error loading "Models\PlayerMarine".
Got any idea of what i might have done wrong? I have succeeded in getting AnimationSample1-3 running without any errors, but I simply don't succeed running the samples when I compile the library by myself.

(And by the way, you forgot to include the diffuse textures for the models in the release, I had to create some dummy-textures to try it with)

Hi,
I believe this problem is because the model file is not being processed by the SkinnedModel processor but the default XNA's model processor. Check if you are using the correct model's processor and if it doesn't solve your problem post the entire exception that you get here, so I can try to figure out what's happening.

It is strange that you could run the third sample but not the others. I checked the release zip and it contains the PlayerMarineTexture.jpg in the Content/Textures folder, can you check it again? Thanks!

Hi,
Now I found the textures that you were talking about. I added the textures to the XNAnimationSample and it will appears as soon as I commit some changes.

Hi Fredrik,

I made a new checkout and foud the problem.
When you create a new key file you need to update the AssemblyHelper class in the XNAnimationPipeline.Pipeline, and change the public key that is stored in a string.
This file is used because I use different keys to sign the windows and xbox libraries.
